Our amazing Christmas cake mix has everything you need in the one bag. We have combined delicious fruits, splendid crunchy nuts and an easy to follow recipe on the back of the packet, so even a novice baker can bake a cake that will delight the senses in all who partake in its consumption.
HOW TO MAKE :
Sift 125g plain flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder & pinch of salt in a bowl. Add cake mix & 200g caster sugar.
Combine 3 eggs,1/2 cup brandy 1tsp vanilla essence together in a separate bowl. Add egg mixture to fruit mixture and mix thoroughly.
Grease & line a 20cm round baking tin & bake at 150 deg for 2 hours. Cool in the tin for 10 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack.
