Dosage
Adults: 14-30 ml daily;
Children 6-12yrs: 7-15 ml daily (or use De-Stuff for Kids).
Dilute in 30ml of water or juice and drink immediately.
Follow with a glass of water if necessary.

Not for children under 2 years old without medical advice. Those allergic to Asteraceae family plants (e.g. chamomile, artichokes, daisies) should take care when taking Echinacea due to possible allergic reaction.
